This policy is applicable to all Spuzzle managed and owned Systems. If you have questions or concerns regarding the policy, you should contact Spuzzle at firstname.lastname@example.org.
During the registration process, account set-up and configuration of your settings with Spuzzle Systems, Spuzzle collects and uses personal information to help provide you with additional services and to better understand your needs. The types of personal information you provide to us may include contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address; financial information and other unique information such as usernames and passwords, billing and transaction information, service preference and contact preferences.
By use of our Systems, you will be sending your information to others. You will be required to provide e-mail addresses (and other contact information) of those you are sending information to. We use this information to automatically send your information as a one-time transaction. Spuzzle uses and stores this information only for the purpose of sending this communication.
In addition to the information you provide, Spuzzle may also collect information during your visit or use of our Systems through automatic data collection services, which include Web beacons, cookies, embedded Web links, online analytics and other commonly used information-gathering tools. These tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to us such as your browser type and language, access times, and the URL of the Web site and/or application from which you arrived. They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address and click path you took on the Web site, Web page or mobile app screens. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web, allowing Web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers use IP addresses to communicate on the Internet, allowing users to browse and shop. Spuzzle may also use some of these tools in connection with certain e-mails sent from Spuzzle and therefore may collect information using these tools when you open the e-mail or click on a link contained in the e-mail.
Use of Your Information
Your information could be used, but not limited to assisting you with auto-completing information forms and transactions, communicating to you about new features, functionality, services and promotions, preventing and detecting any fraudulent or other malicious activity, providing you with support and service, personalizing Systems for you, contacting you regarding account usage, requesting information for Systems improvement, etc.
Non-Sharing of Information
Spuzzle will not sell, lease or rent your information to others. We work with various other third-party solutions and in cases where information has to be shared, e.g. credit card processing, those companies are required by contract to keep your information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the required initial service.
Except as described in this policy we will not share the personal information you provide to us with non-affiliated third-party companies and organizations without your permission, unless to: (a) respond to duly authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities; (b) comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; and/or (c) help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights and properties of others.
Circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic reasons, Spuzzle decides to buy, sell, merge or otherwise reorganize and a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, or the receipt of it from sellers.

Our goal is to keep your personal information accurately recorded. Spuzzle provides members with access to personal information that they provided and the reasonable ability to review and correct it. Members can also request that their information be blocked or deleted as applicable. To protect your privacy and security, we also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring a username and password before granting access to your data.
Spuzzle recognizes the importance of keeping your information secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, Spuzzle utilizes appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit decision is not used for any other purpose by our financial providers or Spuzzle and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services.
